Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your personal tracking details so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Delivery Time The average delivery time is 10 to 20 business days. Please note that during busy periods such as holidays or sales events, delivery may take slightly longer. Delays due to customs procedures may occasionally occur but are outside of our control.

Shipping Method & Origin All orders are shipped directly from our supplier and delivered to your door. This ensures your package is handled reliably for the final stage of delivery.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery address. We aim to keep shipping costs as low as possible for our customers.

Tracked Shipping — Always Included Every order placed with Iselle Boutique includes full tracked shipping at no extra cost. You will receive your tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way. We recommend checking your tracking regularly so you are home when your package arrives.

Customs & Import As orders are shipped internationally, customs procedures may apply upon arrival in the United States. In most cases, orders under $800 are not subject to additional import duties. Our team ensures all necessary documentation is included with every shipment to make the customs process as smooth as possible.

• If tracking information confirms that your package has been successfully delivered, responsibility passes to the customer
