At Iselle London, we do everything we can to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Below you will find all the information you need about our shipping and delivery process.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your personal tracking details so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
Delivery Time
The average delivery time to the United Kingdom is 10 to 20 business days. Please note that during busy periods such as holidays or sales events, delivery may take slightly longer. Delays due to customs procedures may occasionally occur but are outside of our control.
Shipping Method & Origin
All orders are shipped directly from our supplier and delivered to your door via Royal Mail — the United Kingdom’s trusted national postal service. This ensures your parcel is handled locally for the final stage of delivery, providing a reliable and familiar delivery experience.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery address. We aim to keep shipping costs as low as possible for our Irish customers.
Tracked Shipping — Always Included
Every order placed with Iselle London includes full tracked shipping at no extra cost. You will receive your tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way. We recommend checking your tracking regularly so you are home when your parcel arrives.
Customs & Import
As orders are shipped internationally, customs procedures may apply upon arrival in United Kingdom. In most cases, orders under €150 are not subject to additional import duties. Our team ensures all necessary documentation is included with every shipment to make the customs process as smooth as possible.
Responsibility
- If tracking information confirms that your parcel has been successfully delivered, responsibility passes to the customer
- Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order
- Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing your order via info@isellelondon.com
