Return Policy

At Iselle London, we do everything we can to ensure you are completely happy with your purchase. However, if for any reason you wish to return an item, please read our return policy carefully below.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Returns can only be requested after you have physically received your order
  • Return shipping costs are the full responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping fees
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and in their original condition, with all tags and labels still attached
  • Trying on items is permitted, but wearing them is not
  • Ordering multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order is not permitted

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order via info@isellelondon.com to register your return
  2. We will provide you with the return address of our supplier
  3. Ship the item back entirely at your own cost, including any applicable customs or shipping fees
  4. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method — we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in transit without tracking

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received at the return address and inspected, your refund will be processed within 14 days via your original payment method.

We will notify you by email once your refund has been approved and issued.


Liability

  • We are not responsible for lost parcels where tracking confirms successful delivery to the address provided by the customer
  • If an incorrect address was provided at checkout, this is the sole responsibility of the customer
  • Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing your order via info@isellelondon.com
