At Iselle Boutique, we do everything we can to ensure you are completely happy with your purchase. However, if for any reason you wish to return an item, please read our return policy carefully below.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be be met:
- Returns can only be requested after you have physically received your order.
- Return shipping costs are the full responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping fees.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all tags and labels still attached.
- Trying on items is permitted, but wearing them is not.
- Ordering multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order is not permitted.
How to Return an Item
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing info@iselle-boutique.com to register your return.
- We will provide you with the return address of our supplier.
- Ship the item back at your own expense, including any applicable customs duties or shipping fees.
- We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit without tracking.
Refunds & Store Credit
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, your return will be processed within 14 days.
- Regular-priced items: If the return meets all of our return conditions, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Sale items and promotional purchases: Items purchased during a sale or with any promotional discount are not eligible for a refund. If the return is approved and all return conditions have been met, store credit will be issued instead. This store credit can be used toward a future purchase.
You will receive an email once your refund or store credit has been processed.
Liability
- We are not responsible for parcels where tracking confirms successful delivery to the address provided by the customer.
- If an incorrect shipping address was entered at checkout, this is the sole responsibility of the customer.
- Any address corrections must be reported within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing info@iselle-boutique.com.
